We understand that sometimes you don’t end up needing your textbook, and that you may not realize you don’t need it until you already have it. We provide a refund period so you aren’t stuck with that book!
Books bought in-store at one of our locations adhere to that store’s refund period policy. Typically, the refund period for in-store purchased items ends the same week that classes start locally. Be sure to check in with that store location as to when their refund period ends. You’ll have to come back into the store to return your book for a refund so we can refund the same card you used when you rented/purchased your book.
Books that are shipped to you have a 21 day refund period from the day you purchased it. This gives you enough time to return the item back to us, even after waiting for it to be delivered. Once we receive the item back at our facility, we will provide a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. Your refund will be processed in 1-2 business days, depending on your card issuer.
All books being returned for a refund must be in the same condition in which is was rented/purchased. For more information on refunds, click here.
